| Lakeside has been situated at Woodland Vale caravan park since new. It is a Cosalt Vienna 38' x 12' - 6 berth caravan; only4 years old, it is in immaculate condition both inside and out. It is a family owned property and has never been leased to the public before. 2009 will be the first year that holiday makers can enjoy the tranquility of Woodland Vale caravan park from the delightful comfort of Lakeside caravan. Lakeside sleeps 6. There are 2 main bedrooms:- Bedroom 1 - Double, which is of generous proportions, with ample storage space curtesy of fitted wardrobes. It also has a vanity mirror with stool and hairdryer. This bedroom also boasts an ensuite wc with wash handbasin and vanity mirror. Bedroom 2 - Twin, this room has two single sized bunks, with fitted wardrobe and storage space.
Bathroom - The main feature is a walk in shower, there is also a good size wash hand basin, wc and storage space for towels, toiletries etc. Kitchen - Lakeside has a fully fitted kitchen, with gas hob and oven, integrated full size fridge/freezer, microwave and ample storage space. Next to the kitchen is the dining table which can be extended to accomodate 6 people comfortably. Patio doors lead from the caravan out onto the raised decking area that overlooks the lake. The living area is very comfortable with a large 2 pce suite (houses a foldaway double bed), modern gas fire in ornate fire surround and a television/dvd combination. The living room has panoramic windows overlooking the lake. Outside are 2 seating areas. The raised decking area is accessed from the caravan patio doors, or steps from the patio area. The decking has a small table and chairs, a large gas barbeque for that summer barbeque feast, and a large gas heater for those cooler Spring/Autumn evenings. The patio area has a table and chairs also and is slightly larger than the decking. At the edge of the patio is a rotary clothes line
