| Welcome to my caravan, a 2004 Willerby Bermuda 3 bedroom 8 beth static caravan which I have owned since 2005. It is situated on the ever popular Devon Cliffs site, the 'flagship' site of Haven Holidays.
The caravan is centrally heated and double glazed, so can be used comfortably all year round (although the site closes between December and the beginning of March). It has three bedrooms, one double and two twins, (although the twin beds can be pulled together to make doubles), and a pull out bed in the lounge to give a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. There is a seperate toilet and shower room, the shower cubicle being very spacious, and having a power shower. It has a veranda on the side, acess being via the rear door
It is sited within about three minutes walk of the entertainment centre and 5 minutes walk of the beach on one of the premium pitches, which means there is piped gas rather than LPG bottles, and a hard standing for up to two cars. It is also sited on its own concrete base rather than on grass.
Devon Cliffs is recognised as the flagship site of Haven Holidays, and over the past few years they have invested millions of pounds in it. As well as comprehensive entertainment there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, mini golf, football and basketball courts as well as a whole lot of other activities (for full details go to the Haven site). There is also an Owners Exclusive pool and access to suana, steamroom, jacuzzi and gym. It is an excellent site for families.
The caravan has only been let out privately, and owned by me since it was one year old, and is in excellent condition. It has regular services and all the equipment has current safety certificates (ie gas safety and PAT testing)
The Willerby Bermuda is still in production, and as far as I can tell is a very popular caravan, which has hardly changed at all over the years (including upholstry styles and colours), and, according to my girlfriend, is better layed out than more modern caravans.
I am selling it with all the items needed to start holidaying or letting out, including cooking utensils, TV, Freeview box and stereo. The site fees for 2010 have been paid.
