Our holiday caravan is ideal for a welcome break for families or couples alike. We guarantee to you that you will not be disappointed in the spacious, clean condition of our caravan. The caravan is light, clean and airy with a double and a twin bedroom (can be made into a double), an extra double bed can be utilised in the dining area if required. It has a shower room and separate WC. The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious lounge and separate dining area. It has a TV with Video, Sky TV and a DVD player. Sky Free to view channels are included, you may wish to bring your own card. The caravan is fully cleaned between each booking and all gas and electricity is included. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own t-towels, towels and bed linen. Short breaks may be available. Please contact us for further information. About The Park… Sunnysands park offers Children's Play Area, Indoor Swimming Pool which opens daily in the season with Poolside Coffee Shop serving Breakfast to Evening Meals and Late night Takeaway, there is a shop on the sight should you need anything, An Amusement Arcade with Prize Bingo, Boat Launch Facilities, Fish and Chip Shop, Launderette and not forgetting the amazing Horizon Family Club House situated on the seafront with outdoor terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous sunsets, the club hosts live cabaret shows throughout the season and the resident DJ will keep you entertained. If you want to relax there is an adults only lounge where you can sit and enjoy a quiet drink. Booking & Payment Terms… The hire charge for the caravan is from just £149 per week. Leisure passes need to be purchased from the park reception on arrival, and these are just £20 per family per break, plus a £10 refundable deposit. We require a £50 deposit per week to secure the booking, and the full balance and security deposit must be fully paid 5 weeks before your holiday starts. A £50 security deposit is required. The caravan will be inspected by our cleaner when you leave, and provided the caravan is left in a clean, smoke free, undamaged condition, the deposit will be posted back to you immediately. All damages must be paid for in full. We regret that we cannot accept pets and we do not allow same sex groups or groups of people under the age of 25. Smoking is not permitted in the caravan under any circumstances.
