Seating area converts to large double bed, this main seating area will comfortably seat 4 adults, with over head lockers and under seat storage ,large table fold away stored in galley, with built in gas fire and electronic heating system, and built in cd / radio player.

Side dinette area

Has 2 seats table and these convert into 2 bunk beds, again storage above and below also the water system and controls 240 mains or gas, curtains can be drawn around bunks when the children are sleeping .

Galley area

Consists of sink drainer ,4 ring gas hob, full size fridge with freezer compartment ,large gas oven with separate gas grill, storage cabinet with cutlery draw, also overhead lockers,

End washroom

Has plenty of room for changing , large walk in shower, wash basin, cabinet, cassette toilet, wardrobe, and one overhead locker

General

There are loose fitting carpets throughout in green, blinds and fly screens to windows and door, large helki skylight with soft lighting around, 3 speed extractor fan above galley, lighting all spot lights as standard on this model , the inside of the caravan is in extremely good condition having only had light use, the outside is also in very good condition with only a few little dinks but nothing of concern and as one would expect of a 6 year old van.

The caravan had a full service at April 2010, the van tows well, and brakes good , tyres are new with gel safety inserts, spare unused, Alco hitch lock as standard. Any faults have been renewed/repaired as soon as possible to keep the caravan in tip top condition there are no faults on the van and every thing can be seen working and in good order.

EXTRAS

Awning large pyramid porch awning with light weight poles as in photos, gas bottle, whale water pump, fresh water aqua roll ,waste water aqua roll, battery, leg winder, 2 electric hook ups (one never used).
