Also, being a nature reserve it boasts some wondewrful wildlife and nature, The akr has a direct bus stop taking you into Clacton-on-Sea, a major tourist destination within 20mins. Park facilities undeniably rival EVERY park in Essex! There is a 9 hole reversible golf course, with two freshwater fishing lakes intergrated! Fully stocked with Carp, bream, Tench etc. If either are a hobbie we hold regular tournements for the owners, with refreshments and a trophy! If not we can offer you professsional coaching!!! There are 3 heated swimming pools, one exclusive to our owners with a tennis court, and an indoor one with a large array of activities including swimming lessons, agua jets, snorkelling etc. Owners also benefit from their own gymnasium, sap area, with a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, a solarium and lounge with complimentary tea/ coffee and free Wi-Fi! If thats not enough there is an olympic sized bowls green, sports court- where you can take part in our football and basketball coaching, trampolines, bouncy castle, outside heated patio area.
