The spacious (35ft x 12ft) three bedroomed caravan offers “Superior Plus” luxury self-catering accommodation.

The caravan is situated on the very edge of the park in a quiet cul de sac on a premium pitch.

Outside you will find your own private garden with a table and chairs, bench seat and sun lounger. Facing east and west we get the sun all day long in the garden so perfect for relaxing in the peace and quiet, soaking up some rays or for the evening barbecue. In front of the caravan is your dedicated parking space so your car is always on hand for those trips out to the beach, sightseeing or a little shopping.

Inside, the generously proportioned lounge area is light and bright with windows on three sides offering views over the Filsham Reedbed nature reserve. The U-shaped sofa can be converted to an additional double bed for parties of 8.

There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player for cosy nights in, plus a small CD player/radio. The dining table will seat everyone in comfort and the caravan has plenty of crockery and cutlery for the whole party.

The well equipped kitchen includes a gas oven and 4 ring gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. There is ample storage in the many cupboards with a good supply of saucepans, cooking utensils and equipment. A fire extinguisher and smoke alarm are also provided.

There is a well fitted shower room with a loo and wash basin. Next to this is a separate loo and wash basin.

The three bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space with underbed storage perfect for keeping your suitcases out of the way. There is one double bedroom and two twin rooms. The twin beds can be moved together to make a double bed if this is required.

There is a gas fire in the lounge and electric panel heaters in the bathroom, hallway and all bedrooms ensuring you stay warm and cosy no matter what time of year you choose to stay with us.

Please note: You will need to bring towels, tea towels and bed linen. Duvets and pillows are provided for you. Bed linen can be supplied at a small additional cost. See our website for more information.
