| Our 8 berth as new caravan is located on the Sandhills area of the park has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and the 3rd bedroom being bunk beds, with a wardrobe and childrens desk, the bunk beds are ideally suited for children. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows and protective mattress and pillow covers. All 3 bedrooms have ample hanging and storage space and electric panel wall heating. There is also a double fold out sofabed in the lounge area and we also provide a travel cot for the little one if needed. The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, a fitted coal effect gas fire, a flat screen coloured television with a DVD player and freeview with dvd's for the children to watch, CD stereo and the dining area with table and seating. The kitchen area comes fully equipped with a full gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensills including crockery, knives, forks etc. also hand soap and toilet rolls on your arrival. There is also use of a hair dryer, an ironing board, electric steam iron, and vacuum cleaner. There is a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm for your safety too. The modern white bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and electric panel wall heater. All we ask you to bring with you is your bed linen, towels and tea towels. There is also a patio area with bench and seating and there is ample car parking to the side of the caravan for your convenience.
The caravan is also within walking distance to the beach and Ingoldmells. Also only a short drive away to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe, Chapel St. Leonards etc. This is a NON-SMOKING holiday home and sorry we do not allow pets. As Butlins is a family resort they do not allow single sex parties, i.e. all girls or all boys and no groups under 21 years of age. For peice of mind the park is provided with 24hr security and all the facilities are just a few mintues walk away.
